How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the item is in stock we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 14 days of payment made. If the item is available for pre-order only, it can take up to 25 weeks for delivery. We will not accept an order if we feel we cannot forfill it in time for your wear date. It is YOUR responsibility to inform us of your wear date.
What if I don’t like the dress when it arrives?
That’s ok just pop your dress back, unworn, in the original packaging and return it to us at TDR Bridesmaids, 72-74 Oldbury Road, Rowley Regis, West Midlands B65 0JS. You have 14 days to change your mind and return your dress.
Who pays for the return if I do not like my dress and decide to return it?
You will need to pay for return of the item if you have changed your mind, please send the item recorded and signed for at the post office.
What if there is a fault on the dress which I was not made aware of?
If you decide to keep the item you will accept all faults in their entirety. Alternatively, if it is within the 14 day time frame you can return the dress to us for a full refund including postage. We will pay for the return of the dress. After the 14 day period you are not entitled to return the goods.
What if my dress does not fit when it arrives?
You can return the item for an exchange. It is your responsibility to pay for this. Please call for measurements if you are unsure on sizing on 0121 559 7555.
